Digital technologies are a constant phenomenon in everyone's daily life and are present in more and more areas of our lives. The public administration sector is no exception. In fact, new technologies allow public administrations to manage their services with higher quality and efficiency both in the provision of services and in the use of public sector resources. The application of the electronic document management system in public administration bodies determines a qualitatively new level of public interaction, allows to perform management functions more quickly and efficiently. Summing up, we note that the implementation of electronic document management system requires integrated planning, otherwise it will not give significant improvements and even disrupt effective "manual" processes. In this scenario, the benefits of single window and single office concepts for digital information flow should be used to reduce costs as well as improve processes and service quality.

This paper presents a time-saving method for monitoring the ecology of a dispersed territory using the delivery of measurement units provided by unmanned aerial vehicles with measurement sensors according to a reverse priority algorithm. It is achievable because of the decreasing mean waiting time of the order inside a queue during low-priority order servicing. The experimental research that confirms the efficiency of the proposed method in the case of delivery distributed measurement systems for low-priority measurement is carried out.

В роботі розглянуто застосування топологічного аналізу під час оцінки оптимальності змодельованої організаційної структури управління факультетом вищого навчального закладу. Пропонується топологічний аналіз взяти за основу при прийнятті рішень щодо удосконалення належної організації навчального процесу, наукової діяльності, а також профорієнтаційної роботи та інформаційної діяльності. Математичне моделювання у криміналістиці використовується давно. Перший крок було зроблено французьким кримінологом А. Бертільоном завдяки апарату метрології (науки про виміри) та теорії ймовірностей. У подальшому математичне моделювання було корисним при аналізі доказів, фактів, визначення обставин злочину. Прикладом фізичного моделювання у слідстві є відтворення обставин та подій, у процесі якого не лише підтверджується якась гіпотеза, але й виробляється нова.

Питання проектування додатку для пошуку роботи з вбудованою системою підбору є актуальним, оскільки на сьогоднішній день реалізація мікросервісної архітектури є ключовим напрямком розробки мовою програмування Python, а сайти для пошуку роботи саме в ІТ-сфері затребуваними. Наукова новизна роботи полягає в реалізації алгоритмів автоматичного підбору найліпшого співпадіння вакансії та резюме, що має значно полегшити роботу HR-працівників та рекрутерів у пошуку нових кандидатів на співбесіди. Цим також зумовлена практична цінність проведеного дослідження.

Currently, there is a problem of lack of efficiency of methods for finding the quasi-optimal route. The object of the research is the process of solving optimization problems of finding a route. The current work increases the efficiency of searching for a quasi-optimal route using a metaheuristic method based on the ant algorithm.
