The article actualizes the issue of the effectiveness of the influence of Katathym-Imaginative Therapy on the correction of mental disorders. An analysis of an empirical study of the features of the influence of Katathym-Imaginative Therapy on the correction of mental disorders in neurotic conditions is conducted. The purpose of the study: a psychological analysis of the concepts of “psychogeny”, “neurosis” and “neurosis-like conditions”; An empirical study of the effect of Symbol Drama on mental states of patients with neurotic disorders. The following methods were used: conversation, testing (“Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory ММРI ”, “SAN” method, “Self-assessment of mental states” test by G. Aysenck, O. Kondash’s scale of social-situational anxiety, PEN Questionnaire (Hans and Sibylla Aysenck) of the Katathym-Imaginative Psychotherapy methods, which forms the experiment. Ця праця містить критичний аналіз науково-теоретичних основ соціальної політики сфері реабілітації та працевлаштування осіб з інвалідністю, розглядається історія становлення соціально-орієнтованого ринку праці як в країнах ЄС, так і в Україні, вивчається досвід інших країн світу в цій сфері і співставляється із діючою практикою в Україні. Саме такий підхід, на нашу думку, дозволяє побачити цілісну картину і запропонувати на основі проведеного аналізу ряд рекомендацій щодо того, як можна покращити становище осіб з інвалідністю в Україні шляхом сприяння їх працевлащтуванню, як невід’ємного системи реабілітації. Зокрема, у роботі досліджені процеси і системі реабілітації та працевлаштування осіб з інвалідністю, функції окремих інститутів, проблеми, які перешкоджають вчасній соціальній та професійній реабілітації та абілітації осіб інвалідністю. Окрема, увага приділена самозайнятості осіб з інвалідністю і ролі в цьому соціальних підприємств, що є поширеною та актуальною тенденцією у світі.

Стаття присвячена особливостям ранньої профорієнтації та підтримуваного працевлаштування молоді із синдромом Дауна в Україні. Зазначено, що на сьогоднішньому етапі розвитку України проблеми осіб з інвалідністю набувають свого загострення. В статті наголошується, що синдром Дауна – це не хвороба, а описовий термін, який вказує на те, що у даної людини є певна хромосомні порушення. Авторкою відзначається той факт, що вітчизняні автори акцентують напрям своїх досліджень на виявлені слабких сторін психомоторного профілю і спрямовують на них корекційний вплив. У статті запропоновано розглядати систему реабілітації та працевлаштування осіб з інвалідністю як підсистему соціальної політики держави. Соціальна політика сучасних держав побудована на спільних принципах, визначених міжнародними документами та все ж має певні національні особливості. Це проявляється в домінуванні окремих напрямів соціальної політики по відношенню до роботодавців з метою працевлаштування осіб з інвалідністю. До поширених інструментів соціальної політики належить квотування кількості робочих місць для осіб з інвалідністю. Такий підхід використовується у європейських країнах з 20-х років минулого століття. В українському законодавстві теж встановлено норматив працевлаштування осіб з інвалідністю. Виконання нормативу працевлаштування осіб з інвалідністю в Україні є обов’язковим відповідно до ст. 19 Закону України «Про основи соціальної захищеності осіб з інвалідністю» від 21.03.1991 № 875-XII. Але застосування цієї норми українського законодавства, на жаль, не приносить бажаних результатів. Це зумовлює необхідність пошуку причин такої ситуації

Працевлаштування осіб з інвалідністю залишається актуальною проблемою в Україні і потребує особливої уваги з боку органів державної влади. В останні десятиліття світова спільнота утвердилась в думці, що найкращим варіантом адаптації осіб з інвалідністю в сучасному середовищі є їх активна життєва позиція, що проявляється зокрема і в здійсненні ними трудової діяльності. У статті розглянуто актуальну проблему розвитку і підтримки системи професійного навчання осіб з інвалідністю в Україні. Окрему увагу приділено системі державних і недержавних закладів, через яку здійснюється професійне навчання осіб з інвалідністю. Виділено ключові недоліки системи професійної освіти осіб з інвалідністю в Україні, зокрема в частині фінансування такої освіти, матеріально-технічного забезпечення окремих груп осіб з інвалідністю, а також навчальних закладів і підприємств, яким необхідно адаптувати місце навчання чи роботи для потреб особи з інвалідністю. На сучасному етапі розвитку українського суспільства питання взаємодії керівника та підлеглих набуває особливо актуального значення. Ефективна взаємодія керівника з колективом полягає і у формуванні та підтриманні здорового морально-психологічного клімату в колективі, і в переконанні підлеглих дотримуватися його розпоряджень, і в знанні психологічних особливостей своїх підлеглих, і в наявності зворотного зв’язку та необхідних якостей залежно від рівня психологічного впливу взаємодії керівника. Today, for Ukraine the problem of stigmatizing people with certain physical health disorders is actual. The implementation of social programs, actions and initiatives direct to the comprehensive rehabilitation of people with certain physical health disorders and realization their potential, despite all other factors; it is significantly slowed down by the fact that there is a set of persistent negative stereotypes in Ukrainian society regarding such people. Висвітлюються соціально-психологічні проблеми інвалідів, важливі не так самі по собі, як, перш за все, у контексті вивчення механізмів інтеграції осіб з інвалідністю в соціум, створення рівних можливостей для інвалідів, забезпечення оптимальних умов для розкриття їхніх компенсаторних можливостей, ефективної адаптації та соціалізації. Розглянуто причини ускладнення соціальної інтеграції осіб з інвалідністю, пов’язані з низкою труднощів соціально-психологічного характеру. Висловлюється припущення, що такий стан речей головним чином зумовила медично орієнтована модель інвалідності, яка до недавнього часу панувала в нашому суспільстві. У зв’язку з цим у соціумі сформувався відповідний стереотип – соціальна стигма, що представляє інвалідів як “хворих”, які потребують постійного стороннього догляду і доля яких – перебувати в установах інтернатного типу. The article focuses on the socio-psychological integration of people with disabilities, which remains an important issue for most countries. The author refers to a number of studies conducted in Ukraine and abroad, which show that, despite the efforts of states, there are still problems with the acceptance of persons with disabilities by society, and this primarily concerns the right to work. Discrimination and prejudice against people with disabilities by employers is based on the belief that typical abilities are higher. At its heart, ableism is rooted in the assumption that disabled people require ‘fixing’ and defines people by their disability. It is a system that values people based on their bodies and minds and what society deems to be ‘normal’, and devalues and limits the potential of disabled people.

The aim of the present study is to determine a set of interconnected methods and techniques of psychological counseling in overcoming life crises for clients of all ages. In an online survey, 182 psychologists-practitioners (Ukraine) took part. The list of positive and negative elements of normative crises in human life according to four life stages was outlined. It was determined, that in order to reveal the life crisis of patients at the age of 20-23 years practical psychologists recommend using the following methods: analysis of the content of metaphors, psychological testing within the framework of personality constructs and the specialized method of semantic differential.

The article presents individual psychological features of the jury and it was also justified the need to identify some features that have an impact on the process of making a balanced, reasonable and, most importantly, fair decision. The peculiarity of the formation of the jury’s internal conviction is described and the factors that influence it are named. At the present stage of the country development, there is a search for a place for the judicial system in the context of the general state and legal reform. There is a rather heated discussion about the practical renewal of the judicial system in the state and society. The basis of judicial reform is not only the implementation of an independent judiciary, ensuring its affiliation, but also the involvement of the people’s representatives (jury), before the administration of justice, which is reflected in most developed countries.

The article is devoted to the psychological determinants of academic procrastination of higher education students, since modern studying in higher education institutions is a stressful period of life, especially in conditions of socio-psychological instability, as it involves intensive daily study loads in the conditions of long-term stress of war. According to the analysis of scientific literature, the indicators of procrastination in students are high and are accompanied not only by a decrease in academic performance but also hurt the psychological wellbeing of students, determining the decline in their psycho-emotional state.

The effectiveness of overcoming stress in such a case is to a great extent determined by a person’s ability to use available individual psychological resources
